Terms of Service
Effective October 8, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Prizma LLC (“Prizma”, “we”, “us”), which runs SiteIQ at siteiqai.com. By using SiteIQ, creating an account or subscribing, you agree to them. If you use SiteIQ for a company, you agree on its behalf and confirm you have authority to do so. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
1. What SiteIQ does
SiteIQ visits a web page you choose, captures its content and a screenshot the way a visitor’s browser would, and uses AI to score it and suggest fixes. Reports are generated automatically. Features differ by plan and may change as the product develops.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. You can run a limited number of free audits without an account. Paid plans and saved history need an account, and you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for what happens under it. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed your account.
3. Plans, billing and cancellation
- Free has daily limits. Pro and Agency are monthly subscriptions at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe, plus any applicable tax.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month and you are charged at the start of each period until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time online, from Manage billing in your account menu, or by emailing hello@prizmatech.co. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep paid access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Payments are non-refundable, including for partly used periods, except where the law requires a refund. If you were charged in error, contact us and we will put it right.
- We may change prices. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email, and a change applies from your next renewal after that.
4. Acceptable use
Use SiteIQ only on publicly accessible pages and only lawfully. You agree not to:
- submit pages behind a login, paywall or other access control you are not authorised to bypass;
- use SiteIQ to overload, attack or probe any site or system, including ours;
- get around usage limits, for example with multiple free accounts or automated requests;
- copy, resell or rebuild SiteIQ itself, or use it to build a competing service;
- use reports to harass, defame or mislead anyone.
You may audit sites you do not own, such as a competitor’s public pages, as long as you respect the rules above and that site’s own terms.
5. AI-generated reports
Reports are produced by automated analysis and AI models. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they are suggestions, not professional, legal or financial advice. We do not promise any particular result, such as more sales or conversions. Review suggestions before you act on them; you are responsible for changes you make to your site.
6. Your content and ours
You keep all rights in your site and in the URLs and other material you give us. You grant us permission to fetch, process and store that material only as needed to run SiteIQ for you.
You may use your reports however you like, including sharing them with clients. Agency subscribers may present reports under their own brand. SiteIQ itself, including its software, design, scoring method and brand, belongs to Prizma. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
7. Google Search Console
If you connect Google Search Console, you authorise SiteIQ to read search performance data for the properties you choose. You can disconnect at any time from your Google Account permissions or by contacting us. Our handling of that data is set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services
SiteIQ relies on other providers, such as Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in and Search Console, and AI and hosting providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their services.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep SiteIQ running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we discontinue a paid plan, we will give you reasonable notice and will not charge you for periods after it ends.
10. Suspension and termination
You can stop using SiteIQ and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use SiteIQ in a way that risks harm to us, other users or third parties. Sections 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 and 15 continue to apply after your access ends.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, SiteIQ is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Prizma is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to SiteIQ is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose and US$50.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
13. Indemnity
If you use SiteIQ for business purposes, you agree to cover Prizma’s reasonable costs from third-party claims arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of SiteIQ.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell account holders by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use SiteIQ after that means you accept the updated terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes will be heard in its courts. If you are a consumer living in the UK, the EU or elsewhere, you keep any protections the laws of your country give you that cannot be overridden by agreement, and you may bring proceedings where you live.
